Palliative Medicine Physician OpportunityNorthwest Permanente, P.C. is currently seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible Palliative Medicine physician to support our medical group as a locum tenens (per diem) in the Hospice and Palliative Medicine department. We are currently seeking providers to fulfill Inpatient Consult shifts at our Sunnyside or Westside Medical Centers. There is no call required for this role. You will need to be local to the Portland metro area and able to work as a W2, temporary employee.Northwest Permanente covers malpractice, pays competitive locum wages, and will treat their locum physician as an extension of their team.You will work as part of our 18-clinician team in the Portland, Oregon metro area. You will need to demonstrate excellent communication, collaboration, and palliative care medical skills. Hospice and Palliative Medicine Fellowship training is required. Kaiser Northwest has its own hospice program, integrated clinic-based palliative care and home-based palliative care, as well as an inpatient consultation service.
